How to Cancel Your SoundCloud Go or Go+ Subscription

Canceling SoundCloud Go or Go+ keeps your premium perks until the current billing cycle ends, then drops you back to the free, ad-supported account. The cleanest path is a desktop browser, but if you paid through the App Store or Google Play you must cancel there.

How to cancel, step by step

1Sign in on a browser

Log in to your account at soundcloud.com on a desktop or mobile browser - this is the most reliable path.

2Open your Subscriptions page

Go to soundcloud.com/you/subscriptions to see your current plan and its expiry date.

3Cancel the current plan

Select the option to cancel your current subscription and follow the prompts.

4If billed by Apple, cancel in Settings

On iPhone: Settings, your Apple ID banner, Subscriptions, SoundCloud, Cancel Subscription. Do not open the SoundCloud app - Apple handles the billing.

5If billed by Google, cancel in Play Store

Open the Play Store, profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, SoundCloud, Cancel subscription, then confirm.
