Peacock has a habit of sticking around on statements long after the show you wanted ended. Cancelling on the website is the most reliable route no matter what device you watch on - unless a store or provider is your biller. Here is the official path.
Go to peacocktv.com and sign in with your Peacock email and password.
Click your profile icon (top right) and select Account.
Find the Plan section and click Manage Plan.
Choose the option to cancel your plan and confirm. Cancelling and deleting your account are separate - you do not have to delete to stop billing.
If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon or Xfinity, cancel through that provider - the Peacock website cannot cancel those.
Forgot you were even paying for this? You are probably paying for others too. SubScan adds up every subscription, flags what you have stopped using, and ranks your fastest savings - so you cancel the right ones and they do not creep back. Everything stays on your device: no bank login, no account, no upload.
Start your free auditYes. There are no partial refunds, so you keep full access until your next scheduled payment date, then it stops.
You probably subscribed through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon or Xfinity. Cancel in that provider's settings instead.
No - Peacock does not give partial-month refunds, but you keep access through the period you have paid for.
