How to Cancel Your Life360 Membership

Where you cancel Life360 depends on where you subscribed. If you signed up through the iPhone App Store, the in-app cancel button redirects you to Apple; Android users go through Google Play; and web subscribers cancel on Life360.com. The app itself walks you through it, but the actual billing is controlled by whichever store you used. Here's the current flow for each, plus the free-trial and refund details to watch for.

How to cancel, step by step

1Open the right place to cancel

Start in the Life360 app or on Life360.com. The app will route you to Apple or Google if that's where you originally subscribed - you must cancel on the platform that bills you.

2In-app: tap Cancel Membership

Review your plan's benefits, then tap Cancel Membership, select a reason, tap Continue, and tap Yes, Confirm Cancellation.

3iPhone: confirm in Apple Subscriptions

If redirected to Apple, tap your Life360 subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also reach this via Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Life360.

4Android: confirm in Google Play

Open Google Play, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Life360 > Cancel Subscription.

5Website: Manage Membership

On Life360.com, log in, tap Manage Membership, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Frequently asked questions

Does my membership end right away?

No. Life360 does not refund unused time, and your membership remains active until the end of the paid period you've already covered.

Why does the app send me to the App Store?

Because Apple (or Google) handles billing for in-app subscriptions. The cancel must be confirmed in that store, not just inside Life360.

How do I avoid being charged after a free trial?

Cancel before the 7-day free trial ends by tapping Cancel Free Trial; canceling during the trial stops the upcoming charge.
