How to Cancel Your Hayu Subscription

Hayu's cancellation route depends entirely on where you signed up. 1Confirm where you subscribed

2Direct subscriptions: open My Account

Sign in at hayu.com, go to My Account, then Payment Details. You can also go straight to the subscription panel in your account.

3Press Cancel Subscription

Click the cancel button to start the process and follow the on-screen prompts through to the end.

4Third-party subscriptions: cancel at the source

iTunes/Apple: turn off Automatic Renewal under Renewal Options for hayu. Google Play, Amazon Prime, Sky and TV-maker app stores each have their own Subscriptions area where you cancel.

5Watch for the confirmation
