Open the app and log in, tap your Account icon, select Grubhub+ Membership, tap Manage Membership, then tap Cancel Membership and confirm.
Go to grubhub.com and log in, open the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner, click the Grubhub+ option, then click Cancel membership and confirm.
If you got Grubhub+ through Prime, go to Amazon's 'Manage apps & services with data access' under Your Account and unlink Grubhub. If it's not listed, open Amazon Pay consents, find Grubhub Holdings Inc., choose Details, then Stop Sharing.
