How to Cancel Your Grammarly Business Subscription

Grammarly Business is a team plan, so cancellation is different from a personal Premium account: only the account admin can do it, and the change affects every member on the plan. Canceling stops auto-renewal but leaves paid features active for the rest of the current period. Here are the verified admin steps.

How to cancel, step by step

1Sign in as the account admin

Only the plan admin can cancel a Grammarly Business subscription. Sign in to that admin account.

2Open Account in the sidebar

Click the Account tab in the left sidebar, then go to Your account, Subscription.

3Scroll to Cancel Subscription

On the Subscription page, scroll to the bottom and click 'Cancel Subscription.'

4Confirm you want to continue

Click 'Yes, continue' when prompted.

5Choose a reason and finish

Select a cancellation reason and click 'Cancel Subscription' again to complete the process.
