Go to crunchyroll.com and log in with the account your Funimation membership migrated to.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown.
Select Membership Info, then click Cancel Subscription.
Click No thanks, Finish Cancellation to complete it. On mobile: profile, Membership, Manage, Cancel Subscription, Continue with Cancellation.
