DAZN's cancellation flow runs through your account's footer menu, but the path differs depending on whether you signed up directly or through a third party like Apple, Amazon Prime, or Roku. The biggest trap is the annual plan, which may not allow mid-contract cancellation. This guide walks through cancelling directly and through resellers, plus the retention-offer screen you'll need to decline.
Open dazn.com in a browser or launch the DAZN app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner. Go to My Account.
Scroll to the footer section of My Account and click Cancel subscription, then click Continue.
Select a cancellation reason. DAZN will show retention offers - click No thanks to keep cancelling instead of accepting an offer.
Enter your account password to finalize the cancellation. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
If you subscribed via Apple, Amazon Prime, or Roku, the DAZN site can't stop billing - cancel inside that platform's subscription dashboard.
Forgot you were even paying for this? You are probably paying for others too. SubScan adds up every subscription, flags what you have stopped using, and ranks your fastest savings - so you cancel the right ones and they do not creep back. Everything stays on your device: no bank login, no account, no upload.
Start your free auditDAZN generally does not refund the current period. You keep access until your selected cancellation/billing date, then lose it.
Annual plans may not permit mid-contract cancellation. Check your My Account terms; you may be committed until the contract end date.
You likely subscribed through Apple, Amazon, or Roku. Cancelling on the DAZN website doesn't stop billing handled by those platforms - cancel in that store instead.
